The Vaughan Youth Cabinet (VyC) is the official voice of young people in Vaughan. Our goal is to empower youth and encourage them to make a positive difference in the community. Our mission statement is simple: Be Heard!

Technically speaking, we are a non-statutory committee of the City of Vaughan. What that really means, though, is that the VyC is an organization run by youth, for youth. We communicate the needs of youth to the City; we plan and execute incredible events; and we provide support to any young person wanting to give something back to the community!
