WOODBRIDGE QUASQUICENTENNIAL (125th ANNIVERSARY) CELEBRATION SATURDAY, JUNE 16 AND SUNDAY, JUNE 17, 2007 Woodbridge Avenue and Market Lane
The Council of the City of Vaughan has charged the Woodbridge Quasquicentennial Committee with the task of organizing the celebration of the 125th anniversary (or ‘quasquicentennial’) of the incorporation of the Village of Woodbridge in 1882.
A weekend-long event is now being planned for Saturday, June 16, and Sunday, June 17, 2007. The celebration will take place along Woodbridge Avenue and Market Lane and will feature historical displays, on-going entertainment, arts and crafts exhibits, a children’s program, plus a wide range of foods and beverages.
